About this place

Very comfortable bedroom with it’s own private bathroom & work space in the room. 5G Wi-Fi.
This room is in my home and I rent it for 1 guest only.

In peaceful, safe and centrally-located place of Los Cristianos.
On a small hill, only 4 min. walk to the beach, restaurants, shops etc.
All in walking distance:
4 min. beach
8 min. harbour
15 min. bus station

15 min. drive from the airport Tenerife South

Professionally cleaned & attentively prepared room, great base to fully enjoy your holiday.

The space

From what I hear, my place is renovated with a good taste, clean, cosy and it feels homey.
It’s an apartment I live in and I usually rent out only one bedroom or rarely 2 bedrooms (to mostly 1 guest only).

The guest room with it’s en suite bathroom is designed for your maximum comfort: a good quality mattress, 3 kinds of pillows to choose from, 3 kinds of shades on the window, silent fan etc.
You are very welcome to use the kitchen and eat at the dinning table enjoying the bay view.

Guest access

The guest is very welcome to use the kitchen and eat at the dinning table.

Otherwise the living room is not available to the guest.

During your stay

I like to spoil my guests, in a healthy way 🙂 I am happy to help or advice even though I am a pretty busy person.

Usually I am not reachable in the mornings, that’s mostly my time off the phone.
The best time to reach me is from 13 to 22 o’clock. If there is anything time-sensitive and I do not see your message directly… do not hesitate calling me 😊

Other things to note

If you have any walking difficulty, please, bare in mind that the last part of walk to the house is uphill and the apartment is on the first floor without an elevator.
I like my guests being happy with their stay.

The location of the apartment is unique.
Here you are away from the touristy and often hectic streets with loud animations… in a peaceful street among the locals and very close to the center and the beaches.

And the bay view here is just wonderful!
